Canyon Road, a local band comprised of Cecil Edwards, Ed Marks, Ed Canada, Edward Marks, and Mack Lassitor drew the largest crowd yet, with over 800 people, to Barrett’s Landing last Thursday night.
In celebration of the 4th of July weekend Canyon Road began their set by playing our National Anthem which added a patriotic touch and served as a great prelude to their mix of Southern and Classical Rock cover songs.
Among the guests were some important names from Isle of Wight County including Jennifer Stanton, candidate for Commonwealth Attorney, and Phillip Bradshaw, Isle of Wight County Supervisor for the Carrsville District, accompanied by his wife, Stella.
